A sweet twirl worthy dress that every girl would be excited to wear. Printed sparkle tulle. Dress is light and just perfect for twirling. Tie back sash for proper fit. Zipper closure. Dress is princess style with a natural volume (light extra crinoline was used in the photo) but not required. Full cotton lining. This dress is well made and very comfortable to wear.
