Return Policy

We have a 7-day exchange only policy (NO REFUNDS), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to mail or bring the item to the store.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. All items must be free of scent, perfume, food ect. 

For shoes exchanges, the shoe box must be packed and kept pristine as it is an integral part of the product. It must come back wrapped and no shipping labels attached to it.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Adorable Kids take pride in the quality of the products that we sell. We check and re-check thoroughly all items that we are shipping. An order goes to 3 stages of inspection to make sure there are NO imperfections and quantity check and employ a live camera feed while doing so as a proof of the job done. We can assure you that the product you are receiving is free of any damages, stains and any minute imperfections. And due to this process we will NOT ACCEPT any claims, of short in quantity, damages and imperfections.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like under wear, bodysuits, socks, tights, hair accessories for hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, discounted items on a sale event or gift cards.
