All of our products are special occasion items and because of this reason that we do not offer returns for refunds or store credits. However, we accept exchanges for clothing and shoes for another style or size.
Items that can't be exchanged:
1. Accessories are final sale (ie. undergarments, bibs, socks, hair accessories, towels, socks, tights, gloves, purses etc.).
2. Items tagged as Final Sale.
Shipping expenses are buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.

1. Write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, security ribbons (uncut) and labels attached and not tampered with, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, no food scent and in original resalable condition. Pack products neatly. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our criteria and will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense.
Warning: if security ribbon is cut - item is not eligible for exchange.
3.Exchange must be back on the mail stream or returned to the store in person within 7 days from the date the shipment is received.

4.Place the new order for items that you need immediately. You do not need to wait for us to receive items for exchange. Please make sure that new order is of higher or equal value to the items being sent back for exchange.
5. Deductible Shipping Fees
Upon receipt of your return, our return department will thoroughly inspect items. If everything goes well, your funds will be returned to your original payment minus the following:
- A minimum of $15 or the actual shipping fee incurred in shipping your original order whichever is higher will be deducted from your total order amount. The rest of the funds will be restored to your original form of payment. All shipping fees are subsidized by our company but when you are sending them for exchange - we will charge you the actual shipping fee that was incurred. Your replacement order will used our subsidized shipping fee.
-Total Order Amount: $150 less minimum $15: Money Back in your account is $135.
- Total Order Amount: $150 less actual shipping fees incurred $16.50: Money back in your account is $133.50
Please note that we can only refund if there is a replacement order placed. Exchange can only be done once.
Damages and issues
Adorable Kids take pride in the quality of the products that we sell. We check and re-check thoroughly all items that we are shipping. An order goes to 3 stages of inspection to make sure there are NO imperfections and quantity check and employ a live camera feed while doing so as a proof of the job done. We can assure you that the product you are receiving is free of any damages, stains and any minute imperfections. And due to this process we will NOT ACCEPT any claims, of short in quantity, damages and imperfections.
Physical Store Return Policy:
No refunds or store credits. If you are coming to shop without the child, bring child's measurement or clothes to compare.
Most items that we carry are delicate in nature. Adorable Kids is not responsible for how they are worn and we do not offer warranty to any damages done to the items after using them at your events. If you are purchasing items in-store, you are required to inspect the products prior to leaving the store for any imperfections. We cannot offer any exchanges to damaged items after leaving the store.
