Shipping & Delivery

All items to be shipped are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery for city centres ranges from 2-4 days after we process. It takes a few days longer for rural areas.

For Canadian destinations, all items are shipped from our Ontario warehouse.

For USA and international destinations, all items are shipped from our New York warehouse. 

Items for pick-up can only be done at our Store locations. Items are ready within 24 hours of order. Items can only be picked during business hours. All items for pick up must be collected within 5 days. Credit card used to place order for pick is authorized only and not charged. Order must be paid upon pick-up. You can bring the credit card used in placing order or use another card.
