An absolutely gorgeous dress. A beautiful princess design for parties, birthdays and any special day. Skirt is soft tulle and has an extra lining with attached crinoline that gives that elegant volume with sparkles. Rhinestones on waist and comes with a sash that can be tied into a bow at the back to give you that tailored fitted look. Made in USA.
