1. Chest - slip the measuring tape under the armpits. Position the tape to measure around the fullest part of the chest. Add an inch to the measurement taken.

2. Waist: Measure around the waist using the BELLY BUTTON as a guide. Add 1 inch.

3. Gowns length is meant to cover baby's feet.

4. Compare measurements taken to the chart below. Do not choose a gown smaller than your own measurements.
