How to measure for this vest:

1. Back length - run tape from top of shoulder to waist. Add 1-2 inches.

2. Front length - run tape from the top of shoulder to the waist. Add 1-2 inches.

3. Check if the waist measurements are ok.

Satisfy the length first. Waist measurements may be larger than your own measurements. The vest has an adjustable strap on the back. The vest can be pulled in if it is too loose.

4. Compare measurements taken to the chart below. Do not chose a smaller size than your own measurements.
