1. Back length - run tape from top of shoulder to waist. Add 1-2 inches.

2. Front length - run tape from the top of shoulder to the waist. Add 1-2 inches.

3. Check if the waist measurements are ok.

Satisfy the length first. Waist measurements may be larger than your own measurements. Vest has elastic back. It expands to what you need so it always looks fitted.

4. Compare measurements taken to the chart below. Do not chose a smaller size than your own measurements.
