1. Chest - Slip tape under arm and measure around the fullest part of the chest. Add 1-2 inches.
2. Waist - Go around the regular waist. Add 1-2 inches.
3. Length - from top of shoulder to floor. Recommended length is knee length. It can be worn longer, just make sure that the waist and chest are not too tight.
